The males might become friends and it is possible they won't fight if it is clear one has dominance and the other seems to respect that. If they aren't crabbing at each other, that is very good sign, it at least means the older male has accepted the new male in his area. You should try letting them meet on neutral grounds, somewhere neither has spent much time. If they appear to be ok and don't fight, you can try introducing them to each other for longers times in the "neutral area" eventually try introducing one male to the others cage if you are insistent on housing them together. If they are fine then, they should be ok.
