I just had to give my opinion, wanted or not. As a college student, I am well aware of copywrite problems. Student's caught turning in material copied from another source and claimed as their own usually get expelled and possibly legal action taken against them. But, even in that situation, lenience is given if the student admits they were wrong. So, David, why not give Terry some slack. To right off threaten to sue is mean. I do not know what sections of your page have been used, but since you know, what's the problem with telling Terry what section of his webpage has the copywrited info? I mean, you had to have found it to have known it was copywrited. I know it's too hard to go through line by line, but why not just say it was under such and such heading or this or that link? As you may notice by my email address, I am a resident of the same area as you, David. That would mean I would have been a local customer, you know, the ones who spend more money b/c you're right here. I feel that your initial actions were inappropriate. Like I said, this is my opinion. But, then again, I do agree that copywrite infringement is also wrong and something does need to happen. It is possible that all of us that have gliders can work together, share info and support. I am relatively new to the page, but have found some great information and suggestions, and have heard from some great people. It would be really sad if this communication was cut off because everyone is afraid to step on somebody else's toes. Tara
