Excuse me?? I think several people would disagree with the bites don't hurt part. They hurt like H#ll! They can and do draw blood. By saying things like they rarely bite and it doesn't hurt - you will make new owners who do get bit to think their glider either hates them or is horribly mean.
Biting is a normal reaction. It can and does often accompany bonding with a new glider. It does not mean the glider is mean.
Even well bonded gliders may bite sometimes . . .
