Tiff,
I think she was just glad to get back into HER cage again. Lots more room, and something like you feel when you have been gone from home awhile, always nice to visit but it is always nicer to get back home. How was she on the trip? did you stay for any length of time? Betsy and I talked about the barking and how our gliders act when one of the gliders bark. we can up with.. that they were story telling. it seems when one barks all the rest just sit still and listen. May under that idea she was tell you about her trip. She should have been back to normal the next day.. was she? I take mine on road trips with me. They always run around their cage, up the sides over the top and back down (we have a 6 ft cage). and they do this i bet 30 times or better. then they are fine the next day.. we call it road lag..

: I took Eos with me on a long driving trip with me this week - she did fine in her smaller cage with her toys and things. When we got home last night, though, and I put her in her big cage, she was fine for about an hour, then she seemed to panic. She started barking (which she hardly ever does) and running frantically in circles on the walls. I went to see about her, and usually she runs to me when I open the cage and hops on my hand, but this time she continued to bark at me and hunched over in a corner. She has never continued to bark after I'm there with her. I coaxed her to me, then held her, but she kept barking (in my hand) for about 15 minutes. If I didn't cradle her to me, she would get frantic and try to run away. Finally, a while after she calmed down, I wrapped her in a shirt I had worn and she went to sleep and was quiet. Does anyone have any thoughts on what could have happened? I was afraid she had fractured a leg or something, but she seem to not be ill or anything. She didn't crab
: when I picked her up this morning. Should I call the vet? Help! This is not her normal behavior.
: Thanks for any advice,
: Tiffany
