Bourbon, I'm so relieved you think she's okay...she has never acted so unconsolable. She was fine on the trip, although she didn't eat nearly as much as usual. We were gone for about 3 days, most of which we spent in the car (7 hours each way.) She seems to be back to normal - she came right out to me this morning and climbed in the pouch. I've just never known her not to stop barking when I went to see about her. I like the storytelling idea. I know my cat always talks to me when I come home. Thank you so much for your reassurance - I was ready to call the vet! :) Tiffany : Tiff, : I think she was just glad to get back into HER cage again. Lots more room, and something like you feel when you have been gone from home awhile, always nice to visit but it is always nicer to get back home. How was she on the trip? did you stay for any length of time? Betsy and I talked about the barking and how our gliders act when one of the gliders bark. we can up with.. that they were story telling. it seems when one barks all the rest just sit still and listen. May under that idea she was tell you about her trip. She should have been back to normal the next day.. was she? I take mine on road trips with me. They always run around their cage, up the sides over the top and back down (we have a 6 ft cage). and they do this i bet 30 times or better. then they are fine the next day.. we call it road lag..
