that many of the books are outdated and so in some of the info in them..
as far as being less active, I have a female that is very docile, she is fit and trim though, during the cold months though they seem to get a good size cleavage.. maybe for winter fat storage?? i don't really know for sre. A wodent wheel, is definitly recommended if they are cage gliders, if not than some good flight time.. While carrying the young, according to a research paper I have read, the milk absorbs the calcium, and magnesium, that is needed for the joeys, what is left is absorbed by moms blood, so it is important that the diet is a diet based on what their body needs..
