The most important thing is to always be aware of where they are at all times, Mine tried to chew the coax cale for my tv and I smeared some Jalepeno juice on it, they took one smell and never tried it again. But you have to watch the closely. Try the bathroom, close off all the drains and close the toilet seat. Make sure all razors and anything sharp is put away. It is easier to glider proof a bathroom than any other room in the house. But at least you will be able to play with them outside of the cage untill you find other alternatives. Not al gliders will chew on electrical cords but some DO. It is better to be safe than sorry. Watch the closely, We make it a scarey experience to be on the floors and we don't have ANYTHING on the bottom of their cage. their food bowls are on the side towards the top. Maybe you can train yours to stay upwards rather than run down. Good luck...
