I have just two suggestions to add to Matt's post...
First, carry the entire pouch around with you all day, or as much as possible. Give them treats during the day, like one sunflower seed each every few hours. If possible, have the pouch on you when they wake up, and be in a quiet, dimly lit room. Be ready to hand feed them dinner.
Also, put a piece of fabric (like fleece, be VERY careful of any fabric with loose threads) that you have worn and NOT washed in their pouch. You can safty-pin the fabric inside your pajamas, sleep on it, and then put it in their pouch. This really helps with bonding, gets them to be comfortable with you scent. And hang in there, its really worth it...
