I have EVERYTHING in their cage hal;f way up and above Mind you I have a 6foot cage.. But we have pelts on the walls with wood plague that they love to climb on.. We make our lower places very boring for them. As far as wires I had mine try to bite through the coax so I put jalepeno juice on it.. one smell they never went there again..We make sur all of our power is off to the ceiling fan and we hold our hands up. they run up our arm onto the blades of the fan and glide back to us.. We also have a large limb sitting on a table to the ceiling they love to run and play on they love to glide from the top of it back to us.. NOTHING we do encourages the floor area.. OUR gliders love to be high in the air..
