I was real sick this last week and have not had a chance to check out the board. Just to give a little update on Flea... He is still cute as ever! I am a bit concerned about his sleeping habits tho. He will now wake up around 6pm and stay awake until around 10:30pm. He is awake when I get up at 6 in the morning but I thought that they slept more. He seems to be awake more now than he sleeps. He still gets a good 10-12 hours of sleep but I thought that they slept more. Any ideas?
I have come to the conclusion that Flea just hates to be bothered while in his pouch. He is a little angel when he is awake and lets me rub his head and pet him. However, when he is in his pouuch he is a little devil. He fusses the entire time I have him around my neck. I have been feeding him applesauce to calm him down and I sing "You Are My Sunshine" Hee hee, and it seems to keep him quiet. Then I put the applesauce away and start walking again and he starts fussing again. If I start singing again he sometimes calms down again. I guess this is all normal stuff. I have to just realize that this bonding will take much time and I am willing to be patient. Hope all is well with everyone.....Stay away from sausage!!!!I was food poisoned and sick as a dog for two days. YUCK
