Yes, some seeds like cherry,plum,peach,apple and oranges all contain substances that can make gliders sick. What you should also know though is all seeds have a very high amount of phosphorous and a small amount of calcium. Watermelon seeds for example are not poisonous but they have seven times the phosphorous compared to the amount of calcium. Phosphorous is needed for germination of the seed. The phosphorous in the fruit itself is quite often non-phytate phosphorous and therefore doesn't interfere with calcium absorption very much. Good luck, Richard.
