just something i did, don't know if i would recommend or not, but here goes. i had a thumb nail that was longer than the rest and i put the treat on it and when my glider bit, she bit the nail and i didn't feel a thing. she soon leaned that biting me had no effect and she doesn't bite me or anyone unless provoked. you or your brother could have something on that she doesn't like. just try letting her get to know and trust you before everyone.
