hi i put pringles can in the cage for my gliders they like it alot i can let them loose and they will run right to the can if i show it to them. plus take your shirt and then plop them in your shirt fold it over him or her and hold them another thing i did was let them go in between a pillow and a pillow case and once there commf stick your hand in thier make a fist as so they cant get there mouth really around your hand to bite you and stick it next to them let them bite u if they want but dont move they will calm down.
