Hi, I have 3 gliders, one of which was a hand fed baby & is now a super friendly 2yr old ( but a finicky eater). The other 2 were not hand fed & arent the least bit tame (but they eat everything I give them ). These 2 recently had babies (1wk. oop now)& I was preparing to take the babies from the mother and hand feed again but didnt know when to take them from the parents ( I have successfully hand fed numerous cockatiels & several kittens along with 1 glider). O.K. so now that I read all the postings Im afraid to hand feed them but want them to be super sweet pets and I would appreciate any suggestions about when to handle them, how to remove them to hold when the parents are in the nest box with them. Im afraid the parents might abandon them or kill /eat them if I handle them & then return them to the nest. I only want whats best for them, but if they end up unfriendly & confined to their cage all the time that doesnt seem to be in their best interests I appreciate any & all help. THANKS Richie
