I don't have much with bonding past the basics to add onto what Sadie said, but wanted to let you know about the fridge thing...awhile ago, I read somewheres about a glider that got electrocuted on a wire behind a fridge...the glider just licked it and instant electrocution. You might wanna take a good look at the back of your fridge, and make sure theres no exposed wires/holes etc. to cause problems.
