Ok, as a breeder, I don't feel that people should automatically get a pair of opposite sex gliders. If a person is sure that they must have two gliders, I encourage them to get two of the same sex. Males that are raised together and not exposed to females will generally get along even after puberty. Yes, I've read the horror stories about getting two males and having nothing but fighting, however, I do have males caged together with no problems. Of course many people just have a problem with the male gliders scenting everything, in which case neutering takes care of most of the odor.
