How about explaining what's in gliderade! I asked if there was a difference. If gliderade has extra vitamins added or some neccesary supplements, and you know about it, explain it. I can't wiggle my nose and have some all mighty knowledge of the products. I was simply looking for some experienced insight on nectar. If you can't answer all of a question, then expect people to ask it again!!!!!!!!!!
