The pouch gets just as clean though, so it's no biggy. One thing though, if your glider is territorial, watch your fingers when putting her pouch back in. My baby is very territorial, and he bites his pouch and crabs at it while I put it in. He crabs at it the whole time he rescents it. It's really funny to watch. I think he is fussing at it "BAD POUCH!! How dare you go off and take away my scent! BAAAAAD POUCH!!!"

I was Lucy's pouch about twice a month, but I have two so she alternates. I usually wash it with a free of dyes and fragances detergent, and I let it air dry. I usually wear the pouch under my shirt
for a day to get my scent on it. Lucy will not go in it without my scent on it. If you have any questions, you have my email address!!
