Hello Joe. First off I would drop the cat food and the parrot food. The cat food is reported to cause intestinal blockages and possible kidney disfunction. The seeds and nuts in the parrot food can cause multiple problems as well. I feed my gliders the accu-feed from BPP. It is nutritionally complete. No need for added supplements or of guessing how much to use. Since most glider illnesses are dietary related it only makes sense to me to feed them the accu-feed. As for toys mine enjoy the hamster ball on a stand, and the small balls for cats with the bell inside them.
