Subject: Just got my new baby, would like some advice on different diets and play activities.

I just got my new baby girl, she is about 17 weeks old and I have had her for about three. I have been feeding her different combos of apples, grapes, cantalope,(tried kiwi, no luck)and baby food(pear) along with Zupreem parrot-conjure food(not the nut-seed mix that most people think) and some cat food. She seems to like the fruit very much especially the grapes, which she will eat to the skin. She also does very well on the cat and parrot food. My question is when can/or should I start feeding her meats, mealworms, crickets, hard nuts(peanuts,etc.),..etc.
As for playtime, she has just begun to start jumping off of my shoulder on to my bed and climbing back up my arm for another jump (which I have to say is such a cute thing to see). Does anyone know of any other suggestions of things that their gliders enjoy doing... and are there any play things besides a 'wodent' wheel and branches that I can make for her cage so she has something to do when I go to bed( I have heard of rope ladders)?

Any commentary would be great,
thanks, joe
