I was looking through some posts and saw one that Karen wrote about her female glider getting pyrometra. It was stated this happens to females that do not breed. I would like more info. I have a 9 month old female who lives with my neutered year old male. I am concerned with this new ailment. Can someone give me some info. on it and perhaps some warning signs. Is there anything extra I need to do, to keep her from getting this? Oh, and while I am here...just curious...even though my male is neutered, can or will he have the urge to mate with her?
