I would get a neuter done, as much as people disagree with me I would take that boy out and stop letting him do that to her. Just seperate for a few days so he can calm down and chill out, I have done it with mine when my poor girl was being stressed from the male. It sorta bothers me how you describe him and I am glad he's going to the vet cuz there just might be something wrong. I just first of all would take him out tho is he's trying to force mate and she's trying to get away, I wouldnt let that continue.
