I personally think that your best bet would be to get him fixed asap, this behavior is making all of them miserable, inlcuding you and seems neurotice. The other concern is that gliders can get pregnant almsot immediately after having a joey(s)which can put a tremendous stress on the mother's physical health. Where are you located? Mayber we can help you find an experienced glider vet.
