I think what you mean is at night right? Its at night time that they dont want to be cuddled, they want to play. During the daytime when you bond and cuddle them they love it. As Bourbon says "Day time is bonding time, night time is playtime" Couldnt be anymore right than that.
Also, when you are truely bonded to your gliders you will know if they are happy or not. Bonded gliders give you that look, honest to god when my gliders look at me I can tell what they're saying. Am I crazy? Probably, but I know I have happy gliders. With a strong bond a glider will interact with you in more ways than you ever thought possible. Its something Id like to hear more about since there are very few people with that type of bond. I must say it is wonderful to have it tho.
