Weaning means after they are eating on their own and 'peeing and pooing' by themselves. They start weaning at about 6 weeks and at 8 weeks most are ready to go to their homes. Thats the earliest you would want a glider to leave its parents. Any earlier and it could mean problems in the longrun. OOP means when they come OOP for the first time, althought it slightly varies from breeder to breeder. Usually its OOP when it detaches from the nipple and comes fully OOP for the first time.
