Subject: Trusting breeders

I recently conntacted soem breeders near my area, that were advertising on the net avaliable babies. I do not wish to reveal their names, or post their emails here for various reasons. I have done a lot of reaserch, so I asked the breeders several questions about their gliders. I was shocked at the information they gave me. Their diet was my major concern, but there was deffinitly other concerns. After recieving this information I tried to inform them that I personaly felt they were going aginst the reaserched information. They said that no one really knows that much about gliders, and that each breeder tells you their oppinion as if it was fact. Had I not reaserched before hand I would probably be buying a rather unhealthy glider right now. Not all breeders know what they are doing. Before ever contacting a breeder have questions ready to ask them. Without reaserch you have to take their word, and some breeders really do not know what they are talking about.
