It is also my opinion that they are sparing for the Alpha position.
I also had two males together (not neutered) and found out the hard way that eventually you will have to separate them. One of mine became very aggressive and would attach himself to his roommate in the mating position. Yep, that's right. When I finally decided they needed to be separated, it was a VERY DIFFICULT situation. I was concerned that the one being "attacked" would get hurt before I could dislodge the other one.
And YES I also got hurt in the process. A lesson learned the hard way - make sure you watch the un-neutered one and watch for any abnormal behavior. It is my guess that unless they are both neutered, you will have to separate them eventually.
