It can take up 1 year to bond (worst case senario). When you take out his pouch - is he asleep in it? Possibley place an item that smells like you in his cage. Don't try to pick him up if you can. Try instead to have a small controlled area where you can sit and watch him for a little bit. Possibley the bathroom. Let him run around you and on you. Offer him treats and talk soothingly to him. You are doing well. It is just important for him to get accustomed to being on you and around you.

: Whatever you do- HANG IN THERE! I made the mistake of giving up after 2 months, & the people here taught me how unfortunate that was. I have 2 new lil ones that I'm working really hard with & it's going great. They LOVE Gogurt- a squeezable yogurt... I reward them when they come out & are being sweet. Give it time- it WILL happen!
