Thanks so much for your information: I am separating the females now. There has been much crabbing from inside the pouch, which is new. So I believe you are right..I have a
problem. The Gliders have a 3 foot cage so I am going to separate the cage in half until the Joey is well on its own
and doing good. Again Thank you..if not for you, I would have found a disaster. Cindy

: YES you need to seperate them to help increase the chances of her keeping the joeys. Females will kill other females joeys! Keep in mind with all the stress the female has been under with the move and all plus being housed with another female the joey may not survive. I'll keep my fingers crossed though. Also when the joey starts coming out of the pouch you will have to play the "father role" since there is no father in the picture. When the joey comes out post again and I'll tell you more about what to do.
