Hi all. I was gone for a while and I see that more people responded to my post about Maddie possibly being a boy. I am now completely confused. I thought for sure that my lil girl was a boy but then I read Wesley's post that his little girl also has a red thing that comes out. I just took Maddie out of her cage and tried to examine her tummy and I must say, I still see no pouch. There is a little red spot down there, but like Wesley mentioned, she poops out of that hole. Do females have a red spot down there or only males? Maybe someone could take a picture of the two tummies and post them on this site. Or could I take a picture of Maddies tummy and e-mail it to someone who can teach me. I know the easiest way would be to take her to a vet and let them tell me, but I honestly don't want to take her and spend the money on a visit just for that.
