I think you are referring to my post, and I'm not Wesley.

You could definately have a boy, but what I was referring to
can happen to any glider and is a serious health problem.
Once again, if your glider is constipated and is straining too hard
to go to the bathroom, he/she can hurt itself. By straining, a part
that should be on the inside comes out of anus (hole it poops out of)
The part should retract, but it can become damaged and hang out all the
time. I can't remember the name of this condition but it is serious-it can
become easily infected and painful. The part that protudes is bright red.

I can't show you pictures of what it looks like, but if you think you do have a girl
and she might have this condition, take her to the vet.
