when talking about giving 10-12, realize the sizes of the mealworms! little mealworms = 10-12 a night, big mealworms = 2-3 per night! if giving more than 2-3 big ones per night, do you think the glider would have any room for their regular diet? also, mealworms are high in phosporous. crickets are less in phosporous. its not just the fat thats bad. and anything, in moderation, is usually ok. its overdoing things like mealworms that cause problems.
