Well, I am just about out of arguments. You mentioned your dad has sinus problems ... MAKE SURE HE IS NOT ALLERGIC TO FUR BEARING ANIMALS!
You seem pretty determined to own a glider, so the only thing I can tell you is DO ALL THE RESEARCH .... DON'T SHORTCUT ANYTHING.
By the way, what do your mom and dad say about your purchasing a glider? I don't think I have asked you that.
Don't forget the expense of a LARGE cage - expect to spend upwards of $60 unless you plan to make one yourself.
