You said you had read the bonding page, BUT hadn't tried any of it. That is like going to the doctor and buying the medicine and NOT taking it and then wondeering why you aren't getting better. Try using the info there. It will take time, there are no short cuts. The amount of time varies, depending on how much time and patience you spend following the advice and the personality of your glider. She is obviously afraid of you and your finacee, and maybe all people, probably for good reasons. Good luck.
