My glider acts very strange and i am not sure why. I suspect she wasnt raised right from the beginnig. She does the nipping and biting thing and also she runs from people.
She will come out of her cage and play but she wont come to anyone. she just runs in the corner and hides or just jumps around the room and she hardly ever lets me or my fiancee touch her. He has owned her since February and she has lived with us since march so she is pretty use to him and she is a bit use to me since Im the one who feeds her and "attempts" to play with her or pet her.. I read the conding page and i havent tried any of it but i figure she will do the same as she normally does and just jump away from me and run.. I think maybe she does this because she was purchased at a petstore? Should it take longer for us to bond with her than only the 5 months she has been here?
We also are getting her a playmate becaise I thought maybe she was just lonely but she hasnt even seen another glider in atleast 5 or 6 month because she ws living in a petstore.
Can anyone help??
