: I believe that mealworms are the best. If I remember correctly waxworms are very high it fat. Mealies are high in fat too but given in moderation should be ok. I could be wrong and if I am please correct me.

I go with Can O crickets!! mine like to kill bugs but they wont eat worms they will just kill them and drop them in the bottom of the cage.. so i feed freeze dried crickets.. theyre very nutritious!!
ALso if you get gutloaded crickets those are good source of calcium!!
