Hello, I've been reading over and over that NOOOOO onions or garlic are to be fed at all! I remember seeing garlic and onion as well as a high sodium content on the lable for the sticks. Bourbon has told me that the best sourse of protien is skinless boneless chicken (breast), boiled. You can shred it and give them the stringy pieces by hand and put the rest in their dish. It's really important to remove it in the morning though. Good lick! Glider love and nibbles, Diana
