Does anyone have advice on how to keep a glider from ripping out stitches? It appears that the mother bite Rocky before he was sent to me, and the stress of being removed from his family to a new home combined w/the simple fact that he's an animal, has caused him to gnaw at the bite wound until it finally ripped completely. The vet sewed him up on Friday, but he ripped the stitches out yesterday and is back at the vet this a.m. To top it off, he's not completely bonded to me yet. This is putting a crimp in the whole bonding process...My main concern is to get him healthy. Can anyone offer any advice? Need help fast!
