Now I am really confused. A pet store in Maine told me that they had just become legalized a couple of months ago. Then I heard somewhere that they are only legal if you have a wildlife permit.....who knows. I have moved, so I am more interested in New Hampshire at this point. I wrote to some State officials and never got an answer. How did you find out? Thanks for any help -- Melissa

: Just thought i would let everyone know that gliders are totally legal in Maine and also New Hampshire and Rhode Island. The only place they are illegal is in MA. (of course also in CA and Georgia).
