As far as I know gliders are legal in New Hampshire. state officials have told two different people taht and gliders are for sale in pet stores there. I know of the Maine legality as I know of at leats one breeder there. I dont think that would happen if they were legal there.

: Now I am really confused. A pet store in Maine told me that they had just become legalized a couple of months ago. Then I heard somewhere that they are only legal if you have a wildlife permit.....who knows. I have moved, so I am more interested in New Hampshire at this point. I wrote to some State officials and never got an answer. How did you find out? Thanks for any help -- Melissa
