Not generally. Gliders will come to you and wake you up wanting you to play. I have been awakened at 4:30 AM by a glider making a four point landing on my face from a curtain rod. Talk about a rude awakening. They also make lots of noises jumping from first one place and then another. They will run across you, burrow under the covers and join you in your nest and unfortunately this has resulted in the death of some gliders. Their peoples have rolled over on them in their sleep. I am awake most nights till dawn or later but on the rare nights that I do want to sleep there have been times that I actually got up and put the gliders back into their cage because they kept waking me up.

: 2. My live in Boyfriend goes to bed at 9:30pm and gets up at 5:00 am. I'm usually in bed by 11pm. 2What kind of changes have you guys made with regards to the night time rituals?

I have not made any changes as I am pretty much nocturnal myself,,,perhaps someone else could help you with this one.

: 3.Would it be a nuisance to have the SG cage in our bedroom? (Barking, etc.?)

Barking, running, jumping, playing. They can be a bother and disturb your sleep, but remember that they are nocturnal and this is their awake time. Perhaps, if this is a big concern, you should look at other possible pets, ones that are not nocturnal. When would you spend time socializing with it?
