I'm sorry to say that I don't know of anyone, however a $130 or below price range is hard to find. I paid $350 for my little guy, and though I know that they go lower than that, I have never seen them for less than $150. They may exist, but you may be looking for a while, too. Good luck! I hope you can find one.
