Subject: Pet Store vs. Breeder?

At the moment, the breeders in my area don't have
any SGs available...

However, many of the local pet stores are now carrying
them. Today we went to Super Pet where they had a male
and female pair. I was able to feed the male by coaxing
him out with Blueberry baby food on a spoon.

Their housing was clean, and they both appeared to be
in good health. They arrived in the store in late
December but they couldn't specify their age.

Would it be a wise decision to purchase one of these
SGs?

Does his readiness to accept food from me indicate that
he will eventually be able to form a bond with me?
