I have travelled ALL over the country with mine (even though they say not too) never a problem. Do you take yours places with you on a regular basis? I take mine in a little fanny pack to the store, walking whatever. SO, when I travel she rides in her pouch,she doesn't know the difference between a 40 minute drive or an 8 hour drive .I always SEATBELT her cage and turn off the airbags.. Just a thought.I usually give her an eyedropper full of nectar before and after the journey so she has the carbs her metabolism needs.
