I have some bonding tips for you. If you are past this stage, disregard.
Take him out for at least an hour a day, depending on how comfortable you are. The day is best right now because he will be sleepy. Wear a pocket tee and put him in it and if he crabs and tries to get out you may want to safety pin him in. Wear him around for as long as you can handle. Also what helped me the most was wearing a old raggedy t-shirt uder my clothes for a couple of days to get your smell on it then cut out a generous size square and put it in his nesting box. After a week a major improvement should be noticed. Also if he won't come out of his box to you on his free will try to entice him with a walnut or a tiny drop of honey, but not too much on a daily basis though. This way he associates you with safety and treats. Good Luck.
