Have you noticed whether any food at all was missing from the stuff you put out every night? Did you provide access to water? I know sugar gliders are not similar to reptiles, but I have heard many stories of snakes or lizards disappearing for months! Is there any possible way he could have gotten out of the apartment? Have you taken absolutely _everything_ apart? No sign of him at all?? My prayers are with you and Bicho...
