I just want to say thank you for your comments, e-mails and support. I have given up hope now. Bicho disappeared on Thursday the 23rd, it has been almost one week now. I can't imagine where he is or how he could still be alive.

I still wonder if it was because he was jealous of the newly purchased baby girl. Maybe he crawled somewhere to hide and couldn't find his way back out.

Now I am paranoid. I thought that I had Gliderproofed the apartment pretty well. He has been let out every night for the past 4 months and has never not returned to eat.

Does anyone have any tips on keeping them from getting up into the refrigerator and stove? I have towels and foam rubber stuffed under the doors and dishwasher. I just don't know what else to do.
