The netting, cut to 36" by 64" to cover a cage that's 30" x 60". It actually worked out quite nicely.

The frame, reassembled, with the bottom floor.

The neatened-up, right-side up, trimmed version of the bottom floor.

To secure the plastic netting to the bottom of the cage, I present a big mess of zip ties.

The final framework, with locks, doors and a shelf.

We missed the hole in the door, so we flipped the door around to the unused side and got it right the second time.

So somehow a 1½" bolt won't go through a pair of ½" pipes.

After some recutting, we managed to get the frame together nicely. Those are the doors on the ground.

The frame is assembled, however, Tim's realizing the 36" door frame is really closer to 37".

All the horizontal piping is done.

Added the 15" pipes.

All the joints, laid out in order, by floor.

Big box of non-plumbing-code-compliant PVC joints.

Ariadne once again peeking out from behind the curtains.

Mmm... grapes.

Cobb was trying to run on the wheel. Amber was trying to eat it.

Amber's first trip out of the cage. Dad didn't approve and started biting my arm.

Cobb hanging out on the curtains.
