The Glider Initiative (TGI) is currently planning our second annual sugar glider convention - GliderCon 2018. This 3-day convention will be held in Redford, MI from August 10th thru the 12th with an expected attendance of 100 people. As part of the preparation for GliderCon, we are seeking vendors to be sponsors of our event. There are two sponsorship levels:
$100 - Joey Sponsor
Free advertising for a year
Vending space if u would like to come and vend for 1
Registration for 1
$200 – Glider Colony Sponsor
Free advertising for a year
Vending space if u would like to come and vend for 1
Registration for 1
Display table during conference based upon space
Sponsorship can be monetary or the donation of items and/or gift certificates. Items are needed for raffles and auctions which will benefit both TGI, a 501(c)3 non-profit, and Cochran Clan Sugar Gliders and Rescue, a registered 501(c)3 non-profit in NC. Items are also needed for goody bags, door prizes, etc. Sponsors need not attend to be able to donate. Because TGI and Cochran Clan are registered non-profits, any donations made will be tax deductible and a receipt will be provided.
Free advertising for 1 year includes:
1. A Sponsor Gratitude page on our website: TheGliderInitiative.org - where sponsors' business names, website urls, logos and lists of products offered will be displayed. Sponsors will be listed in separate category levels with Glider Family Sponsors being at the top of the page, and then Joey sponsorship will follow.
2. We will also have a list of sponsors in the Facebook group for GliderCon 2018, and on signage at the convention.
3. Your business card in the GliderCon 2018 book
