Hello,
I give my gliders crickets, and mealworms about 3-4 days a week. Usually about 4-5 crickets for Marcio, and 3-4 for Mia. Marcio won't eat mealworms, but Mia loves them, usually she won't eat more than two at a time. I have read somewhere that they give their gliders 4-5 mealworms, and 2crickets a night.
